{"id":404,"date":"2017-01-21T19:26:33","date_gmt":"2017-01-21T18:26:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spmo.org\/?p=404"},"modified":"2017-02-03T21:02:43","modified_gmt":"2017-02-03T20:02:43","slug":"v-tujini-varnost-letenja-prioriteta-v-sloveniji-zal-ne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/?p=404","title":{"rendered":"V tujini varnost letenja prioriteta, v Sloveniji \u017eal ne &#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V Sindikatu pilotov MORS smo pred \u010dasom \u017ee izpostavljali<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Bell-412-Simulator.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"  wp-image-402 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Bell-412-Simulator-300x194.jpg\" alt=\"Bell-412-Simulator\" width=\"171\" height=\"111\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Bell-412-Simulator-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Bell-412-Simulator-1024x662.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Bell-412-Simulator.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 171px) 100vw, 171px\" \/><\/a> problematiko o nezadostni varnosti pri opravljanju letalskih nalog (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/?p=369\">prispevek 1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/?p=361\">prispevek 2)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u017dal pride kritika o nezadostni varnosti letenja \u0161e bolj do izraza, \u010de se opravi primerjava s tujino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voja\u0161ki piloti letal C-17, ki letijo v okviru mednarodnega voja\u0161kega zdru\u017eenja Strategic Airlift Capability (SAC) in delujejo v letalski bazi Papa na Mad\u017earskem, opravljajo dodatna letalska usposabljanja na simulatorju letenja po naslednjem sistemu:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Grafi\u010dna-primerjava-usposabljanja-na-simulatorju.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-422 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spmo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Grafi\u010dna-primerjava-usposabljanja-na-simulatorju-210x300.jpg\" alt=\"Grafi\u010dna primerjava usposabljanja na simulatorju\" width=\"210\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 termini na leto za simulator letenja, vsak termin obsega 5 dni, vsak dan odletijo 3 ure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V ena\u010dbi to pomeni: 4 termini x 5 dni x 3 ure = 60 ur simulatorja letenja na leto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">a<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voja\u0161ki piloti helikopterjev Slovenske vojske pa so <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">do nedavnega<\/span> opravljali usposabljanje na simulatorju letenja 1x letno, po 6 dni, vsak dan po 1 uro (pogojno 2x toliko ur, \u010de so se usposabljali v paru).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V ena\u010dbi to pomeni: 1 termin x 6 dni x 1 ura= 6 ur (pogojno 12 ur)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">a<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odgovorni kader v Papi enostavno in hitro odgovori, zakaj toliko ur usposabljanja: ?Vse za varnost!?.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medtem, ko v tujini poleg obse\u017enega rednega letalskega urjenja piloti dobijo \u0161e dodatnih 60 ur na simulatorju, pa v Sloveniji odgovorni niso pripravljeni zagotoviti svojim pilotom vsaj drobca varnosti. Niti borih 6 ur na leto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pa\u010d, za nekatere samo navidezno nedol\u017ena igra s \u010dlove\u0161kimi \u017eivljenji.
